Amaro Than Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Amaro Than and related services. By creating an account or using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these terms carefully. They outline your relationship with Amaro Than, your rights, and the responsibilities you have as a member of our community.
- Service — Amaro Than platform and all related products and services.
- User / You — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Public Content — content posted with public visibility such as public posts and public comments.
- Private Content — content restricted to specific recipients (private messages, private uploads).
- AINARA — our community-focused AI model used to improve content relevance and moderation.
- Amalipe+ — our dating/matching module and related features.
- netvorko — social networking auxiliary service integrated with the platform.
3.1 Use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
- 3.1.1 Do not post hateful, racist, or discriminatory content.
- 3.1.2 Do not post sexual or explicit nudity to public feeds or community groups.
- 3.1.3 Do not use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including the sale or distribution of illicit drugs.
- 3.1.4 Do not impersonate other persons or organizations.
- 3.1.5 Do not attempt to bypass our moderation controls or security safeguards.
- 3.1.6 Do not spam or mass-message our support channels or other users.
- 3.1.7 Do not create multiple accounts for abuse, evasion, or catfishing.
3.2 You agree to follow any additional rules posted in the application, community guidelines, or special service pages (for example Amalipe+ rules, netvorko rules, or developer API terms).
4.1 You agree that public texts and public posts you publish on Amaro Than may be used to train and improve AINARA. This is limited to content that is public by design or explicitly marked public by you.
- 4.1.1 Only public content is used for training. Private messages, private uploads, and private community posts are not used unless you explicitly opt in.
- 4.1.2 Training uses privacy-preserving techniques, aggregation and anonymization where practical to reduce personal identifiability.
- 4.1.3 We may collect certain public metadata (timestamps, engagement counts) to improve model relevance without storing unnecessary personal identifiers.
- 4.1.4 You may be offered an opt-out from contributing your uploads to model training where technically feasible; follow account settings to see options.
- 4.1.5 Public tweets, publicly accessible posts, and other public texts may be included to help AINARA learn language and context specific to Roma communities.
- 4.1.6 If you believe your public content was used in error for training, you may contact [email protected] for review.
4.2 Abuse of AINARA is prohibited. Attempting to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate AINARA to produce harmful or disallowed outputs will result in penalties including suspension of AINARA access for 3 to 5 weeks and possible account sanctions.
5.1 The following list is a non-exhaustive set of examples of forbidden conduct. Violation of any of these may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.
- 5.1.1 Hate Speech & Racism: Content advocating violence or hatred against a protected class, racial slurs, or racist propaganda.
- 5.1.2 Explicit Nudity: Public or community group posts containing explicit sexual content or nudity.
- 5.1.3 Illegal Goods & Services: Posts or messages offering drugs, facilitating illegal sales, or providing instructions for criminal activity.
- 5.1.4 Impersonation & Fraud: Creating accounts or profiles that deceptively impersonate another person or entity for malicious purposes.
- 5.1.5 Organized Harassment: Coordinated attacks, doxxing, or sustained harassment campaigns targeting individuals or groups.
- 5.1.6 Circumventing Moderation: Attempting to bypass filters, evade detection, or otherwise trick our moderation systems.
- 5.1.7 Community Abuse: Creating communities dedicated to hate, nudity, drug sales, impersonation, or other disallowed topics.
- 5.1.8 Username Abuse: Usernames containing Nazi references, extremist symbols, or clearly inappropriate words increase the chance of account review and ban.
- 5.1.9 Spam: Mass emailing [email protected] or using the support channels for spam or harassment.
- 5.1.10 Catfishing: Creating fake profiles on Amalipe+ or other parts of the Service intended to defraud or deceive other users.
5.2 We consider both intent and impact when evaluating violations. Repeated minor violations may escalate to stronger sanctions.
6.1 We enforce these Terms to protect the safety and dignity of the community. Enforcement may include:
- 6.1.1 Warnings: For minor or first-time infractions where appropriate.
- 6.1.2 Temporary Suspension: Time-limited suspensions (e.g., 1 week, 2 weeks) for more serious or repeated violations.
- 6.1.3 Long-Term Suspension: 30-day suspensions for severe misconduct including creating prohibited communities, spamming support, or serious policy violations.
- 6.1.4 Permanent Ban: Account termination for severe or repeat violations (e.g., posting violent racist content, repeated nudity violations, large-scale fraud).
- 6.1.5 IP & Device Measures: In cases of malicious abuse we may block associated IP addresses or device fingerprints from creating new accounts for a set period (commonly 30 days) to prevent immediate re-creation and evasion.
6.2 Specific enforcement rules include immediate bans for hate speech, explicit nudity, fraud, or compromising platform security.
7.1 If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error you may file an appeal by emailing [email protected].
- 7.1.1 Include your username, the email tied to the account, a short explanation, and any supporting evidence.
- 7.1.2 We aim to acknowledge appeals promptly and respond after review. The review timeline depends on the complexity of the case and volume of requests.
- 7.1.3 While an appeal is pending, some enforcement actions may remain in effect for safety reasons.
8.1 Amalipe+ is a relationship and matching product within Amaro Than. Additional rules apply to protect users in a dating context.
- 8.1.1 No catfishing: Fake accounts, stolen photos, or deliberate deception to pursue others are banned immediately.
- 8.1.2 Safety first: Users are expected to behave respectfully and seek consent in private communications.
- 8.1.3 Reporting: If harassed or threatened, use the in-app report feature and contact support; we will investigate promptly.
- 8.1.4 Matches & data: Match data, swipes, and related interactions are stored for matchmaking and may be removed upon deletion subject to our 30-day retention schedule.
9.1 netvorko and other auxiliary modules follow the same baseline Terms and safety policies. Additional service-specific limits or features will be posted on their corresponding help pages.
- 9.1.1 Temporary data used by auxiliary services (e.g., caches, temporary uploads) is governed by the same 30-day deletion policy unless otherwise required by law.
- 9.1.2 Third-party integrations: we prefer in-house solutions but may integrate third-party tools with limited data sharing disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property & Competitive Use
Amaro Than, including its design, user interface, systems, architecture, features, naming, and underlying
technology, is the exclusive property of Amaro Than. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable
license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.
- 10.1 Prohibited Copying: Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of Amaro Than, including visual design, layouts, interactions, or functional behavior.
- 10.2 Reverse Engineering and Scraping: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, harvesting data, or attempting to extract source code, system logic, or proprietary information from the platform.
- 10.3 Competitive Use: Users may not use Amaro Than or its services to develop, train, operate, or support a competing product or service, including the use of automated tools, bots, or AI systems for such purposes.
- 10.4 Branding and Naming: Users may not use the Amaro Than name, trademarks, logos, or any confusingly similar names or branding in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or origin.
11. Authorized Access & Security Restrictions
Amaro Than grants users access only to the features, services, and data explicitly made available to their
individual accounts. Any attempt to access areas of the platform beyond granted permissions is strictly
prohibited.
- 11.1 Authorized Use Only: Users may access and use Amaro Than solely through the interfaces, features, and functionality provided to them as part of their account.
- 11.2 No Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user’s account, internal systems, administrative areas, APIs, databases, or infrastructure without authorization is prohibited.
- 11.3 No Circumvention of Security: Users may not bypass, probe, disable, interfere with, or attempt to defeat any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms.
- 11.4 No Privilege Escalation: Any attempt to gain elevated permissions, administrative access, or internal system privileges through technical, automated, or manual means is strictly forbidden.
- 11.5 Enforcement: Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, restriction of services, and, where appropriate, legal action.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Amaro Than reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at our discretion to
protect
the platform, users, or comply with legal obligations. Such actions may occur with or without prior notice
depending on the severity of the violation or risk.
- 12.1 Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation, security concerns, unusual activity, or potential violations of the Terms of Service.
- 12.2 Termination: Accounts may be permanently terminated if users engage in repeated or severe violations, illegal activity, unauthorized access, or abuse of the platform or services.
- 12.3 Data Handling After Termination: When an account is terminated, user content and personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to the platform's data retention policies and applicable law.
- 12.4 No Liability: Amaro Than is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from the suspension or termination of accounts, including the loss of user-generated content.
13. User-Generated Content License
By submitting, posting, or uploading content to Amaro Than, including text, images, videos, audio, or
other
materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content but grant Amaro Than a worldwide,
non-exclusive,
royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify,
distribute, and process your content solely to provide, improve, and promote our services.
- 13.1 Rights Retained: You continue to own your User Content and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
- 13.2 Platform Use: Amaro Than may display or analyze your content to power feeds, semantic recommendations, moderation, or other platform features.
- 13.3 License Scope: The license is limited to purposes necessary for operating, maintaining, and improving Amaro Than services, including marketing or promotional activities where your content may be featured.
- 13.4 Content Responsibility: You are responsible for your User Content and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Amaro Than is not liable for content posted by users.
- 13.5 Termination of License: If your account is deleted or terminated, the license ends, except for content that has been distributed or processed where removal is not feasible.
14. Acceptable Use Policy
Users of Amaro Than must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and
regulations. The Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities and sets expectations for behavior
to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users.
- 14.1 Prohibited Content: Users may not post, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise violates community standards or applicable law.
- 14.2 No Fraud or Misrepresentation: Users may not impersonate others, engage in deceptive practices, or attempt to defraud the platform or other users.
- 14.3 No Spam or Malicious Activity: Users may not send unsolicited messages, spam, malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to Amaro Than or other users’ devices.
- 14.4 Compliance with Law: Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the platform, including data protection, copyright, and intellectual property regulations.
- 14.5 Reporting & Safety Tools: Users are encouraged to report prohibited activity or content and can block other users directly through the application. Amaro Than will investigate reports and take appropriate action. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for review or resolution.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Amaro Than provides its platform, services, and content "as is" and "as available" without warranties of
any kind, either express or implied. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer.
- 15.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy, Availability, or Absolute Security: Amaro Than strives to provide a reliable, secure, and high-quality platform. However, due to the inherent nature of online services, we cannot guarantee that the platform, services, or content will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or invulnerable to unauthorized access or technical issues.
- 15.2 No Warranty of Fitness: The platform and services are provided without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- 15.3 User Responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating and using the platform and its content at your own risk.
- 15.4 Third-Party Services: Any third-party content, integrations, or services accessed through Amaro Than are provided "as is," and Amaro Than does not endorse or guarantee them.
- 15.5 No Reliance: You should not rely on Amaro Than for professional, legal, financial, or other advice. Any reliance is at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaro Than, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, or
licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or
related to your use of the platform or services.
- 16.1 Maximum Liability: Amaro Than’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims related to the platform, services, or content is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, to use the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 16.2 No Liability for Third-Party Services: Amaro Than is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by third-party services, content, or integrations accessed through the platform.
- 16.3 Security and Data: While Amaro Than implements industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, or technical failures. You acknowledge that any reliance on the platform is at your own risk.
- 16.4 Exclusions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages. Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude liability where prohibited by law.
- 16.5 User Interactions: Amaro Than is not responsible for the conduct of any user or for any offensive, misleading, or illegal content they may post.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and your use of Amaro Than are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws
of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- 17.1 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform must be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kosovo, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
- 17.2 Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform, including local, national, and international rules.
- 17.3 International Users: If you access Amaro Than from outside the country of incorporation, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Use of the platform does not imply that Amaro Than has any representation, office, or operations in your jurisdiction.
- 17.4 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally with Amaro Than before pursuing formal legal action.
18. Changes to the Terms
Amaro Than may update or modify these Terms of Service Or Privacy and Cookies Policy from time to time to
reflect changes in our
services,
legal requirements, or business practices. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you
agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
- 18.1 Notification: When significant changes are made, Amaro Than will provide notice via email, in-app notification, or other reasonable means. Minor edits may be made without separate notice.
- 18.2 Effective Date: Updated Terms will indicate the effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- 18.3 Review Responsibility: Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms to stay informed of updates.
- 18.4 Disagreement: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using Amaro Than services and may delete your account according to the account deletion process.
19. Force Majeure
Amaro Than shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations
under
these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including
but
not limited to wars, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, outages, or other events that are
unforeseeable
or unavoidable.
- 19.1 Examples of Force Majeure: This includes, without limitation, network or server outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, labor strikes, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, or other events outside of Amaro Than’s control.
- 19.2 Suspension of Obligations: In the event of a force majeure, Amaro Than’s obligations under these Terms may be temporarily suspended for the duration of the event.
- 19.3 No Liability: Users acknowledge and agree that Amaro Than is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events of force majeure.
- 19.4 Mitigation: Amaro Than will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of force majeure events and resume normal service as soon as possible.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court
of
competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so
that
these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
- 20.1 Partial Invalidity: The invalidity or unenforceability of a single clause does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
- 20.2 Interpretation: Amaro Than will interpret any invalid or unenforceable provision in a way that most closely reflects the original intent while complying with applicable law.
- 20.3 Continuation of Terms: All other rights, obligations, and provisions of these Terms remain fully binding and enforceable.
21. Assignment
Amaro Than may assign, transfer, or sell its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to any
affiliate, successor, or third party without prior notice. Users acknowledge that the platform may be
operated or controlled by a different entity in the future.
- 21.1 Platform Transfer: If Amaro Than is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your account and data may be included in the transfer, and the new entity will be bound by these Terms.
- 21.2 Co-Founder or Employee Changes: Key team members, co-founders, or employees may leave, be replaced, or removed. This does not affect your rights or obligations under these Terms.
- 21.3 User Acknowledgment: You agree that the assignment or change in ownership or management of Amaro Than does not require separate approval from users, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amaro Than, its affiliates, licensors, and service
providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors,
suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards,
losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to
your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to,
your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly
authorized in these Terms of Service, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
23.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and
Amaro Than regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements,
representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
23.2 No Waiver
No waiver by Amaro Than of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a
further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and
any failure of Amaro Than to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not
constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
24. Copyright Policy & Non-Liability
Amaro Than respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
- 24.1 No Liability for User Content: Amaro Than is a platform provider and is not responsible or liable for any content posted, uploaded, or shared by users. We do not pre-screen all content and assume no liability for copyright infringement committed by users on the platform.
- 24.2 DMCA / Copyright Reporting: If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- 24.3 Removal & Termination: We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
25. Feedback License
If you choose to provide specific input, suggestions, or feedback regarding problems with or proposed
modifications or improvements to the Service ("Feedback"), then you hereby grant Amaro Than an
unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the
Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products
and services.
26. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
- 26.1 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
- 26.2 Class Action Waiver: You and Amaro Than agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.
27. Data Breach Protocol
In the event of a confirmed data breach that compromises your personal information, Amaro Than is
committed
to
transparency and rapid response.
- 27.1 Notification: We will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 72 hours) after becoming aware of a significant breach. Notification will be sent via the email address associated with your account.
- 27.2 Limitation of Liability: While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is impenetrable. Amaro Than is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, data loss, or breaches caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, provided that we have not been grossly negligent in maintaining our security safeguards.
28. Third-Party Infrastructure Agreement
Amaro Than utilizes globally distributed infrastructure to ensure speed, security, and reliability. By
using
the Service,
you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- 28.1 Cloudflare Media Storage: You agree that your uploaded media, including images and videos, will be stored, cached, and delivered via the Cloudflare Content Delivery Network (CDN) and globally distributed object storage systems to ensure low-latency access.
- 28.2 Real-Time Communications (TURN Servers): By initiating or participating in video or audio calls on Amaro Than, you agree that your real-time media streams may be routed through Cloudflare TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT) servers to establish and maintain connectivity, especially when direct peer-to-peer connections are not possible.
