Terms of Service

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amaro Than and related services, including but not limited to the main app, web site, Netvorko, AINARA, Khaj Si?, developer APIs, and any other supplementary services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

1.2 By creating an account or using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Service.

1.3 You represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the Service.

1.4 These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide advance notice of material changes. Your continued use after such notice will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Service — Amaro Than platform and all related products and services.
• User / You — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
• Public Content — content posted with public visibility such as public posts and public comments.
• Private Content — content restricted to specific recipients (private messages, private uploads).
• AINARA — our community-focused AI model used to improve content relevance and moderation.
• netvorko — social networking auxiliary service integrated with the platform.

3.1 Use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

• 3.1.1 Do not post hateful, racist, or discriminatory content.
• 3.1.2 Do not post sexual or explicit nudity to public feeds or community groups.
• 3.1.3 Do not use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including the sale or distribution of illicit drugs.
• 3.1.4 Do not impersonate other persons or organizations.
• 3.1.5 Do not attempt to bypass our moderation controls or security safeguards.
• 3.1.6 Do not spam or mass-message our support channels or other users.
• 3.1.7 Do not create multiple accounts for abuse, evasion, or catfishing.

3.2 You agree to follow any additional rules posted in the application, community guidelines, or special service pages (for example netvorko rules or developer API terms).

4.1 You agree that public texts and public posts you publish on Amaro Than may be used to train and improve AINARA. This is limited to content that is public by design or explicitly marked public by you.

• 4.1.1 Only public content is used for training. Private messages, private uploads, and private community posts are not used unless you explicitly opt in.
• 4.1.2 Training uses privacy-preserving techniques, aggregation and anonymization where practical to reduce personal identifiability.
• 4.1.3 We may collect certain public metadata (timestamps, engagement counts) to improve model relevance without storing unnecessary personal identifiers.
• 4.1.4 You may be offered an opt-out from contributing your uploads to model training where technically feasible; follow account settings to see options.
• 4.1.5 Public tweets, publicly accessible posts, and other public texts may be included to help AINARA learn language and context specific to Roma communities.
• 4.1.6 If you believe your public content was used in error for training, you may contact [email protected] for review.

4.2 Abuse of AINARA is prohibited. Attempting to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate AINARA to produce harmful or disallowed outputs will result in penalties including suspension of AINARA access for 3 to 5 weeks and possible account sanctions.

5.1 The following list is a non-exhaustive set of examples of forbidden conduct. Violation of any of these may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

• 5.1.1 Hate Speech & Racism: Content advocating violence or hatred against a protected class, racial slurs, or racist propaganda.
• 5.1.2 Explicit Nudity: Public or community group posts containing explicit sexual content or nudity.
• 5.1.3 Illegal Goods & Services: Posts or messages offering drugs, facilitating illegal sales, or providing instructions for criminal activity.
• 5.1.4 Impersonation & Fraud: Creating accounts or profiles that deceptively impersonate another person or entity for malicious purposes.
• 5.1.5 Organized Harassment: Coordinated attacks, doxxing, or sustained harassment campaigns targeting individuals or groups.
• 5.1.6 Circumventing Moderation: Attempting to bypass filters, evade detection, or otherwise trick our moderation systems.
• 5.1.7 Community Abuse: Creating communities dedicated to hate, nudity, drug sales, impersonation, or other disallowed topics.
• 5.1.8 Username Abuse: Usernames containing Nazi references, extremist symbols, or clearly inappropriate words increase the chance of account review and ban.
• 5.1.9 Spam: Mass emailing [email protected] or using the support channels for spam or harassment.
• 5.1.10 Catfishing: Creating fake profiles intended to defraud or deceive other users anywhere on the Service.

5.2 We consider both intent and impact when evaluating violations. Repeated minor violations may escalate to stronger sanctions.

6.1 We enforce these Terms to protect the safety and dignity of the community. Enforcement may include:

• 6.1.1 Warnings: For minor or first-time infractions where appropriate.
• 6.1.2 Temporary Suspension: Time-limited suspensions (e.g., 1 week, 2 weeks) for more serious or repeated violations.
• 6.1.3 Long-Term Suspension: 30-day suspensions for severe misconduct including creating prohibited communities, spamming support, or serious policy violations.
• 6.1.4 Permanent Ban: Account termination for severe or repeat violations (e.g., posting violent racist content, repeated nudity violations, large-scale fraud).
• 6.1.5 IP & Device Measures: In cases of malicious abuse we may block associated IP addresses or device fingerprints from creating new accounts for a set period (commonly 30 days) to prevent immediate re-creation and evasion.

6.2 Specific enforcement rules include immediate bans for hate speech, explicit nudity, fraud, or compromising platform security.

7.1 If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error you may file an appeal by emailing [email protected].

• 7.1.1 Include your username, the email tied to the account, a short explanation, and any supporting evidence.
• 7.1.2 We aim to acknowledge appeals promptly and respond after review. The review timeline depends on the complexity of the case and volume of requests.
• 7.1.3 While an appeal is pending, some enforcement actions may remain in effect for safety reasons.

Amalipe+ — Discontinued Service
Amalipe+ was Amaro Than's dedicated dating and relationship platform built specifically for the Roma community — one of the first of its kind. It allowed Roma individuals to connect, match, and build relationships in a culturally aware and safe environment.

Amalipe+ has been temporarily discontinued as of 2026. The service is no longer active and new matches, swipes, or interactions are not available at this time.

Data Handling: All personal data, match records, and interaction history collected through Amalipe+ has been deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. If you believe your data was not deleted, please contact [email protected].

Future Return: Amaro Than may relaunch Amalipe+ in the future with an updated design and feature set. If and when Amalipe+ returns, updated terms specific to the dating service will be published and users will be notified in advance. Continued use of the platform does not imply automatic enrolment in any future relaunch of Amalipe+.

9.1 netvorko and other auxiliary modules follow the same baseline Terms and safety policies. Additional service-specific limits or features will be posted on their corresponding help pages.

• 9.1.1 Temporary data used by auxiliary services (e.g., caches, temporary uploads) is governed by the same 30-day deletion policy unless otherwise required by law.
• 9.1.2 Third-party integrations: we prefer in-house solutions but may integrate third-party tools with limited data sharing disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

9h. Highlighted Profiles — Terms of Use
The Highlighted Profiles feature allows users to be featured in Amaro Than's discovery section. By being highlighted or purchasing a highlight you agree to the following terms, in addition to Section 9d (Amaro Than's right to remove highlights) and Section 30 (Amaro Bankes coin economy).

• 9h.1 Types of Highlights: Highlights come in two forms — admin-granted highlights (permanent, assigned by Amaro Than at its sole discretion) and coin-purchased highlights (time-limited, self-activated using Amaro Bankes coins). Admin highlights may carry the Pro, High, Medium, or Low tier. Coin-purchased highlights are available in Low (150 coins / 24 hours), Medium (400 coins / 3 days), and High (900 coins / 7 days) tiers only.
• 9h.2 Public Visibility: By being highlighted — whether admin-granted or coin-purchased — you consent to your profile being publicly displayed in the Amaro Than discovery feed, visible to all authenticated users. Information shown includes your username, full name, profile picture, category, tier, and verified status.
• 9h.3 Category Selection: When purchasing a coin highlight, you select the category under which your profile will be featured. You must select a category that accurately represents your account. Misrepresenting your category to gain visibility in an unrelated audience is a violation of these Terms.
• 9h.4 One Highlight at a Time: Only one active highlight is permitted per account at any time. Users who are already admin-highlighted are not eligible to purchase an additional coin highlight. Attempting to circumvent this limit is prohibited.
• 9h.5 Highlight is Not an Endorsement: A highlighted status, whether admin-granted or coin-purchased, does not constitute Amaro Than's endorsement of the highlighted user's content, services, views, or conduct. Amaro Than makes no representations about highlighted accounts to other users.
• 9h.6 Conduct While Highlighted: Highlighted users are held to the same community standards as all other users. Being highlighted does not grant any exemption from these Terms. Amaro Than may remove a highlight from any account that violates these Terms, engages in harmful conduct, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the values of the platform.
• 9h.7 Expiry: Coin highlights expire automatically at the end of the purchased duration. No extension is granted automatically. You must purchase a new highlight after expiry. Admin highlights do not expire unless revoked.
• 9h.8 Non-Transferable: Highlights are tied to the account that received or purchased them and cannot be transferred to another account under any circumstances.
• 9h.9 No Guarantee of Reach: Amaro Than does not guarantee any specific level of visibility, profile views, followers gained, or any other outcome from being highlighted. The discovery feed is subject to filtering, pagination, and algorithmic ordering that may affect your profile's actual visibility.

9g. Translation Engine — Terms of Use
Amaro Than provides an in-app translation feature supporting 33 languages including Romani, Albanian, and Serbian. By using the translation feature you agree to the following.

• 9g.1 Third-Party Provider: Amaro Than's translation feature is powered by the Google Translate API. When you request a translation, the text is transmitted to Google's servers for processing. By using this feature you acknowledge and consent to your text being processed by Google in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• 9g.2 Data Not Stored by Amaro Than: Amaro Than does not store the content of translation requests or translated outputs on our servers. Translations are processed in real time and returned directly to your device.
• 9g.3 Scope of Transmission: Only the specific text you request to translate is sent to Google. Amaro Than does not automatically forward private messages, full posts, or any other content to Google without an explicit translation request from you.
• 9g.4 No Accuracy Guarantee: Translations are generated automatically by Google's model. Amaro Than makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any translated content. You should not rely on translations for legal, medical, or other critical purposes.
• 9g.5 Romani Language: Amaro Than specifically supports Romani translation in recognition of the Roma community's linguistic needs. Romani translation quality is subject to the limitations of Google Translate's Romani language model and may not always be accurate.
• 9g.6 Prohibited Use: You may not use the translation feature to translate content for the purpose of circumventing moderation, spreading prohibited content across language barriers, or any other use that violates these Terms.
• 9g.7 Amaro Than's Liability: Amaro Than is not liable for any harm, misunderstanding, or consequence arising from a translation produced by the Google Translate API. Any dispute regarding translation output should be directed to Google.

9f. Expiring Posts — Automatic Content Deletion
Amaro Than is the first social media platform to introduce native expiring posts. When you publish a post with an expiry duration, you agree to the following terms.

• 9f.1 Available Durations: You may set a post to expire after 24 hours, 48 hours, 4 days, 5 days, or 7 days from the time of publishing. Posts without an expiry are permanent until you or Amaro Than deletes them.
• 9f.2 Automatic Permanent Deletion: Upon reaching the set expiry time, the post and all its associated data — including likes, comments, reactions, share records, and media files — are permanently and irreversibly deleted from Amaro Than's servers. This deletion cannot be undone by you or Amaro Than.
• 9f.3 No Recovery: Amaro Than does not maintain archives or backups of expired post content after deletion. You are solely responsible for saving any content you wish to retain before it expires.
• 9f.4 Content Standards Apply: The expiring nature of a post does not exempt it from Amaro Than's community guidelines or these Terms. Prohibited content that expires before it is reviewed remains subject to enforcement action against your account. Content reported and under active moderation review may be retained temporarily beyond its expiry to allow the review to be completed.
• 9f.5 No Screenshot Guarantee: Amaro Than cannot prevent other users from screenshotting or saving expiring posts before they are deleted. Amaro Than is not liable for content captured in this way.
• 9f.6 Deletion Timing: Expiry deletion is automated. Amaro Than does not guarantee deletion at the exact second of expiry and is not liable for minor delays in the deletion process due to system conditions.
• 9f.7 Ownership of Innovation: The expiring posts feature, as designed and implemented by Amaro Than, is the intellectual property of Amaro Than Platforms L.L.C. Reproduction or imitation of this feature for competing products is prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms.

9e. Professional Accounts — Terms & Dashboard Usage
Amaro Than offers a Professional Account mode for Creators and Businesses. By activating a Professional Account you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

• 9e.1 Eligibility: Any Amaro Than user may switch to a Professional Account. By doing so you represent that your use of the Professional Dashboard is for legitimate creator or business purposes.
• 9e.2 Analytics & Tracking Consent: Activating a Professional Account enables additional data collection including post performance metrics, audience data, profile visitor tracking, content scheduling, sentiment analysis via Ainara, and monetization logging. You consent to this expanded data collection by enabling the Professional mode.
• 9e.3 Monetization Records: The monetization module allows you to self-report revenue streams (sponsorships, affiliate deals, merchandise, memberships, partnerships). This data is stored privately and is visible only to you. Amaro Than does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy of self-reported monetization data.
• 9e.4 Competitor Benchmarking: You may add other Amaro Than accounts to your competitor tracking list. Only publicly available metrics are used for benchmarking. The accounts you track are not notified. You may not use this feature to harass, target, or misuse data about other users.
• 9e.5 Content Scheduling: Scheduled posts are stored by Amaro Than and published automatically at the designated time. Amaro Than does not guarantee delivery at the exact scheduled time and is not liable for delays or failures in scheduled posting due to technical issues.
• 9e.6 Sentiment Analysis: Ainara analyses comments and reactions on your content to generate sentiment insights. These insights are approximate and AI-generated. Amaro Than makes no representations about their accuracy. You may not use sentiment data to make decisions that could harm other users.
• 9e.7 Amaro Than's Rights Over Professional Features: Amaro Than reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove any Professional Dashboard feature at any time. Access to Professional mode may be revoked if the account violates these Terms, misuses analytics data, or engages in conduct that Amaro Than deems harmful.
• 9e.8 Downgrading: If you switch back to a standard account, all professional analytics history, scheduling data, monetization records, and competitor tracking data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
• 9e.9 No Commercial Guarantee: The Professional Dashboard is provided as a tool to help you understand your performance. Amaro Than does not guarantee any business outcome, audience growth, or revenue as a result of using the Professional Account features.

9d. Highlights & Verification — Amaro Than's Discretionary Rights
Highlighted profile status and verified badges are privileges granted by Amaro Than, not rights. By receiving or purchasing either, you agree to the following.

• 9d.1 Right to Remove at Any Time: Amaro Than reserves the absolute right to remove, revoke, or demote a highlighted profile status or a verified badge from any account at any time, with or without prior notice, and without providing a reason. This right applies to both admin-granted highlights and coin-purchased highlights.
• 9d.2 No Entitlement: A verified badge or highlighted status does not constitute a permanent entitlement. Amaro Than may reassess the eligibility of any account at its sole discretion at any time.
• 9d.3 Grounds for Removal: Removal may occur for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms or community guidelines, conduct that Amaro Than deems harmful, misleading, or damaging to the platform or community, impersonation, abuse of highlighted visibility, or any other reason Amaro Than determines appropriate.
• 9d.4 Coin Highlights — No Refund on Removal: If a coin-purchased highlight is removed by Amaro Than due to a Terms violation or conduct issue, no refund of the spent coins will be issued. Coin highlights removed due to expiry are governed by Section 30.4.
• 9d.5 Verified Badge — No Refund or Compensation: Verified badges are granted by Amaro Than based on criteria that may change over time. Removal of a verified badge does not entitle the user to any compensation, refund, or explanation.
• 9d.6 No Liability: Amaro Than is not liable for any loss of visibility, followers, business impact, or reputational effect resulting from the removal of a highlight or verified badge.
• 9d.7 Re-Application: Users whose highlights or badges have been removed may re-apply or re-purchase subject to eligibility and at Amaro Than's discretion. Amaro Than is not obligated to restore any previously held status.

9c. Quickshots
Quickshots are one-time view media — images, videos, and voice recordings — sent privately between users. By using Quickshots you agree to the following terms.

• 9c.1 One-Time View: Quickshots are designed to be viewed once. Upon the recipient opening a Quickshot, the media is permanently deleted from Amaro Than's servers. This deletion is irreversible and the content cannot be recovered by either party or by Amaro Than.
• 9c.2 Expiry of Unviewed Quickshots: Quickshots that are never opened by the recipient are automatically deleted from our servers after a set expiry period. Amaro Than is not liable for the unavailability of unviewed Quickshots after expiry.
• 9c.3 Encryption: Quickshot media is stored with server-side encryption at rest and transmitted via TLS. Quickshots are not end-to-end encrypted. Amaro Than's authorized systems may access Quickshot metadata (sender, receiver, type, viewed status) to operate and secure the service.
• 9c.4 No Screenshots Guarantee: Amaro Than enforces the one-time view model at the application and server level. However, we cannot technically prevent a recipient from taking a screenshot, screen recording, or otherwise capturing Quickshot content on their device. Amaro Than is not liable for content captured in this way.
• 9c.5 Prohibited Content: You may not send Quickshots containing explicit nudity, harassment, threats, illegal content, or any material that violates these Terms or applicable law. The one-time view nature of Quickshots does not exempt content from our community standards or legal obligations. Reported Quickshots may be reviewed by Amaro Than before deletion.
• 9c.6 No Third-Party Sharing: Quickshot media is never shared with third parties, advertisers, or used for AI model training or content analysis.
• 9c.7 Sender Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you send as a Quickshot. Sending prohibited content may result in enforcement actions including account suspension or termination.

9b. Chiriklo — Messaging Privacy Controls
Chiriklo is Amaro Than's messaging system. You have full control over who can send you messages through your account privacy settings.

• 9b.1 Privacy Options: You may configure your message privacy to one of three settings:
  • Everyone — any Amaro Than user may message you.
  • Followers — only users who follow you may initiate a conversation with you.
  • No One — no user may send you new messages. Existing conversations are not affected.
• 9b.2 Enforcement: Your message privacy setting is enforced at the server level and takes effect immediately upon saving. Amaro Than does not notify other users of your chosen setting.
• 9b.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your own message privacy settings. Amaro Than is not liable for messages received during periods when your privacy was set to Everyone or Followers.
• 9b.4 Prohibited Messaging: Regardless of your recipient's privacy setting, you may not use Chiriklo to send harassment, spam, unsolicited promotional content, threats, or any content that violates these Terms. Violations may result in messaging access being suspended or your account being sanctioned.
• 9b.5 Message Content: Messages are processed on Amaro Than's servers under our server-side encryption model (see Section 31). Content may be reviewed by authorized systems to enforce safety policies and power features such as Ainara AI assistance.

Intellectual Property & Competitive Use
Amaro Than, including its design, user interface, systems, architecture, features, naming, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Amaro Than. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

• 10.1 Prohibited Copying: Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of Amaro Than, including visual design, layouts, interactions, or functional behavior.
• 10.2 Reverse Engineering and Scraping: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, harvesting data, or attempting to extract source code, system logic, or proprietary information from the platform.
• 10.3 Competitive Use: Users may not use Amaro Than or its services to develop, train, operate, or support a competing product or service, including the use of automated tools, bots, or AI systems for such purposes.
• 10.4 Branding and Naming: Users may not use the Amaro Than name, trademarks, logos, or any confusingly similar names or branding in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or origin.

11. Authorized Access & Security Restrictions
Amaro Than grants users access only to the features, services, and data explicitly made available to their individual accounts. Any attempt to access areas of the platform beyond granted permissions is strictly prohibited.

• 11.1 Authorized Use Only: Users may access and use Amaro Than solely through the interfaces, features, and functionality provided to them as part of their account.
• 11.2 No Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user's account, internal systems, administrative areas, APIs, databases, or infrastructure without authorization is prohibited.
• 11.3 No Circumvention of Security: Users may not bypass, probe, disable, interfere with, or attempt to defeat any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms.
• 11.4 No Privilege Escalation: Any attempt to gain elevated permissions, administrative access, or internal system privileges through technical, automated, or manual means is strictly forbidden.
• 11.5 Enforcement: Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, restriction of services, and, where appropriate, legal action.

12. Account Suspension and Termination
Amaro Than reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at our discretion to protect the platform, users, or comply with legal obligations. Such actions may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation or risk.

• 12.1 Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation, security concerns, unusual activity, or potential violations of the Terms of Service.
• 12.2 Termination: Accounts may be permanently terminated if users engage in repeated or severe violations, illegal activity, unauthorized access, or abuse of the platform or services.
• 12.3 Data Handling After Termination: When an account is terminated, user content and personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to the platform's data retention policies and applicable law.
• 12.4 No Liability: Amaro Than is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from the suspension or termination of accounts, including the loss of user-generated content.

13. User-Generated Content License
By submitting, posting, or uploading content to Amaro Than, including text, images, videos, audio, or other materials ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content but grant Amaro Than a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and process your content solely to provide, improve, and promote our services.

• 13.1 Rights Retained: You continue to own your User Content and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
• 13.2 Platform Use: Amaro Than may display or analyze your content to power feeds, semantic recommendations, moderation, or other platform features.
• 13.3 License Scope: The license is limited to purposes necessary for operating, maintaining, and improving Amaro Than services, including marketing or promotional activities where your content may be featured.
• 13.4 Content Responsibility: You are responsible for your User Content and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Amaro Than is not liable for content posted by users.
• 13.5 Termination of License: If your account is deleted or terminated, the license ends, except for content that has been distributed or processed where removal is not feasible.

14. Acceptable Use Policy
Users of Amaro Than must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities and sets expectations for behavior to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users.

• 14.1 Prohibited Content: Users may not post, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise violates community standards or applicable law.
• 14.2 No Fraud or Misrepresentation: Users may not impersonate others, engage in deceptive practices, or attempt to defraud the platform or other users.
• 14.3 No Spam or Malicious Activity: Users may not send unsolicited messages, spam, malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to Amaro Than or other users' devices.
• 14.4 Compliance with Law: Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the platform, including data protection, copyright, and intellectual property regulations.
• 14.5 Reporting & Safety Tools: Users are encouraged to report prohibited activity or content and can block other users directly through the application. Amaro Than will investigate reports and take appropriate action. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for review or resolution.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Amaro Than provides its platform, services, and content "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer.

• 15.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy, Availability, or Absolute Security: Amaro Than strives to provide a reliable, secure, and high-quality platform. However, due to the inherent nature of online services, we cannot guarantee that the platform, services, or content will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or invulnerable to unauthorized access or technical issues.
• 15.2 No Warranty of Fitness: The platform and services are provided without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 15.3 User Responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating and using the platform and its content at your own risk.
• 15.4 Third-Party Services: Any third-party content, integrations, or services accessed through Amaro Than are provided "as is," and Amaro Than does not endorse or guarantee them.
• 15.5 No Reliance: You should not rely on Amaro Than for professional, legal, financial, or other advice. Any reliance is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaro Than, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services.

• 16.1 Maximum Liability: Amaro Than's total aggregate liability to you for any claims related to the platform, services, or content is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, to use the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 16.2 No Liability for Third-Party Services: Amaro Than is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by third-party services, content, or integrations accessed through the platform.
• 16.3 Security and Data: While Amaro Than implements industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, or technical failures. You acknowledge that any reliance on the platform is at your own risk.
• 16.4 Exclusions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages. Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude liability where prohibited by law.
• 16.5 User Interactions: Amaro Than is not responsible for the conduct of any user or for any offensive, misleading, or illegal content they may post.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and your use of Amaro Than are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• 17.1 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform must be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kosovo, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
• 17.2 Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform, including local, national, and international rules.
• 17.3 International Users: If you access Amaro Than from outside the country of incorporation, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Use of the platform does not imply that Amaro Than has any representation, office, or operations in your jurisdiction.
• 17.4 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally with Amaro Than before pursuing formal legal action.

18. Changes to the Terms
Amaro Than may update or modify these Terms of Service or Privacy and Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

• 18.1 Notification: When significant changes are made, Amaro Than will provide notice via email, in-app notification, or other reasonable means. Minor edits may be made without separate notice.
• 18.2 Effective Date: Updated Terms will indicate the effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
• 18.3 Review Responsibility: Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms to stay informed of updates.
• 18.4 Disagreement: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using Amaro Than services and may delete your account according to the account deletion process.

19. Force Majeure
Amaro Than shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to wars, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, outages, or other events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable.

• 19.1 Examples of Force Majeure: This includes, without limitation, network or server outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, labor strikes, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, or other events outside of Amaro Than's control.
• 19.2 Suspension of Obligations: In the event of a force majeure, Amaro Than's obligations under these Terms may be temporarily suspended for the duration of the event.
• 19.3 No Liability: Users acknowledge and agree that Amaro Than is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events of force majeure.
• 19.4 Mitigation: Amaro Than will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of force majeure events and resume normal service as soon as possible.

20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

• 20.1 Partial Invalidity: The invalidity or unenforceability of a single clause does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
• 20.2 Interpretation: Amaro Than will interpret any invalid or unenforceable provision in a way that most closely reflects the original intent while complying with applicable law.
• 20.3 Continuation of Terms: All other rights, obligations, and provisions of these Terms remain fully binding and enforceable.

21. Assignment
Amaro Than may assign, transfer, or sell its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to any affiliate, successor, or third party without prior notice. Users acknowledge that the platform may be operated or controlled by a different entity in the future.

• 21.1 Platform Transfer: If Amaro Than is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your account and data may be included in the transfer, and the new entity will be bound by these Terms.
• 21.2 Co-Founder or Employee Changes: Key team members, co-founders, or employees may leave, be replaced, or removed. This does not affect your rights or obligations under these Terms.
• 21.3 User Acknowledgment: You agree that the assignment or change in ownership or management of Amaro Than does not require separate approval from users, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amaro Than, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

23.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Amaro Than regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.

23.2 No Waiver
No waiver by Amaro Than of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Amaro Than to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

24. Copyright Policy & Non-Liability
Amaro Than respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

• 24.1 No Liability for User Content: Amaro Than is a platform provider and is not responsible or liable for any content posted, uploaded, or shared by users. We do not pre-screen all content and assume no liability for copyright infringement committed by users on the platform.
• 24.2 DMCA / Copyright Reporting: If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• 24.3 Removal & Termination: We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

25. Feedback License
If you choose to provide specific input, suggestions, or feedback regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service ("Feedback"), then you hereby grant Amaro Than an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.

26. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

• 26.1 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
• 26.2 Class Action Waiver: You and Amaro Than agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

27. Data Breach Protocol
In the event of a confirmed data breach that compromises your personal information, Amaro Than is committed to transparency and rapid response.

• 27.1 Notification: We will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 72 hours) after becoming aware of a significant breach. Notification will be sent via the email address associated with your account.
• 27.2 Encryption Model: Amaro Than protects data using server-side encryption at rest and in-transit TLS encryption. Amaro Than does not use end-to-end encryption. Our servers can access data content to provide services, enforce policies, and power AI features. This access is strictly limited to authorized internal systems.
• 27.3 Limitation of Liability: While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is impenetrable. Amaro Than is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, data loss, or breaches caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, provided that we have not been grossly negligent in maintaining our security safeguards.

28. Third-Party Infrastructure Agreement
Amaro Than utilizes globally distributed infrastructure to ensure speed, security, and reliability. By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• 28.1 Cloudflare Media Storage: You agree that your uploaded media, including images and videos, will be stored, cached, and delivered via the Cloudflare Content Delivery Network (CDN) and globally distributed object storage systems to ensure low-latency access.
• 28.2 Real-Time Communications (TURN Servers): By initiating or participating in video or audio calls on Amaro Than, you agree that your real-time media streams may be routed through Cloudflare TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT) servers to establish and maintain connectivity, especially when direct peer-to-peer connections are not possible.

31. Encryption & Data Security
By using Amaro Than you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding our data security and encryption practices.

• 31.1 No End-to-End Encryption: Amaro Than does not use end-to-end encryption (E2E). Messages, calls, media, and other content are not encrypted in a manner that prevents Amaro Than's servers from accessing them. By using the Service you consent to this model.
• 31.2 In-Transit Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and Amaro Than's servers is protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security). You should only access Amaro Than over secure, trusted network connections.
• 31.3 Server-Side Encryption at Rest: Data stored on Amaro Than's servers is encrypted at rest using server-managed encryption keys. Amaro Than's authorized internal systems can decrypt this data to deliver services, enforce policies, and power features such as Ainara AI.
• 31.4 Purpose of Server Access: The ability of our servers to access content is required to provide features including but not limited to: AI-assisted messaging (Ainara), content moderation, push notifications, search, and feed personalization. This access is strictly limited to Amaro Than's authorized systems.
• 31.5 No Third-Party Access: Amaro Than does not share decrypted content with third parties. All data access is confined to authorized systems within our Safe Area Network.
• 31.6 User Acknowledgment: If you require end-to-end encrypted communications for sensitive matters, we recommend using a dedicated E2E encrypted service for those specific communications. Amaro Than is a social platform and its encryption model is designed accordingly.

30. Amaro Bankes — Virtual Coin Economy
Amaro Bankes is Amaro Than's built-in virtual economy system. By participating in Amaro Bankes you agree to the following terms.

• 30.1 Nature of Coins: Coins are a virtual, platform-only currency. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be converted to cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the Amaro Than platform under any circumstances.
• 30.2 Earning Coins: Coins may be earned through daily activities including but not limited to: Daily Bonus (30 coins), Daily Check-In (10 coins), Posting Reward (100 coins, requires a post that day), Flappy Bird game (up to 99 coins), Spin Wheel (variable), Card Game (up to 150 coins), and Dice Game (up to 192 coins). Each reward is claimable once per calendar day per account. Attempting to claim rewards multiple times through technical means, multiple accounts, or manipulation is a violation of these Terms.
• 30.3 Spending Coins: Coins may be spent on the following features within the platform:
  • Cosmetic items (badges and frames) in the Amaro Bankes shop — time-limited, non-transferable.
  • Streak Restore — 300 coins to restore a broken chat streak.
  • Ainara AI Message Limit Boost — 10 coins per additional message permanently unlocked.
  • Profile Highlight — feature your profile in a chosen category for a set duration (Low: 150 coins / 24 hours; Medium: 400 coins / 3 days; High: 900 coins / 7 days).
• 30.4 Item Expiry: Purchased cosmetic items are time-limited. Badges expire after 2 weeks and frames after 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Expired items are automatically removed from your profile. No refund of coins is issued for expired items.
• 30.5 No Refunds: All coin transactions are final. Coins spent on items, highlights, boosts, or other features are non-refundable, including in cases of account suspension or termination.
• 30.6 Highlights: A purchased profile highlight makes your profile visible in a chosen category on the Amaro Than discovery feed for the duration of the tier. Only one active highlight is permitted per account at a time. Users already featured as admin-highlighted creators are not eligible to purchase coin highlights. Highlight content (category selection) must comply with all applicable community guidelines; Amaro Than reserves the right to remove a highlight that violates platform rules without a coin refund.
• 30.7 Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all coin balances, inventory items, and transaction history are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• 30.8 Abuse Prevention: Amaro Than reserves the right to deduct coins, reset balances, or suspend Amaro Bankes access for any account found to be manipulating the reward system, exploiting bugs, or otherwise violating these Terms. Suspected abuse is investigated using transaction logs.
• 30.9 Changes to the Economy: Amaro Than may modify coin earn rates, item costs, item durations, or available features at any time. Changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of Amaro Bankes after such changes constitutes acceptance.

29. Ainara AI — Terms of Use
Ainara is Amaro Than's proprietary artificial intelligence, powered exclusively by the Amaro Than Ainara model (Gemma 3 × NARA-1r Pro). All AI processing occurs within Amaro Than's own infrastructure. Your data is never sent to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google, or Meta.

• 29.1 Image Generation: Ainara may generate images based on your prompts and context. Generated content is subject to the same Acceptable Use Policy (Section 14) as all other user content. You may not use Ainara to generate hateful, explicit, illegal, or deceptive imagery.
• 29.2 Insights & Personalization: Ainara uses your activity, interests, and content interactions to personalize your experience. This processing occurs entirely within the Amaro Than ecosystem and is not shared with external parties.
• 29.3 Translation: Text submitted for translation is processed privately and not retained beyond the immediate session unless you explicitly save it.
• 29.4 AI Conversations: Conversations with Ainara are stored encrypted within your account history and used solely to improve response quality within your sessions. You may clear your conversation history at any time from your settings.
• 29.5 Prohibited Ainara Use: You may not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse Ainara to produce disallowed outputs. Violations will result in temporary or permanent suspension of Ainara access as outlined in Section 4.2.
• 29.6 No Third-Party AI: Ainara does not relay your data to any external AI service. The NARA-1r Pro model runs exclusively on Amaro Than servers. Amaro Than makes no representations about outputs generated by AI and is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• 29.7 Your Control: You may disable AI-powered features, restrict personalization, or clear your Ainara history at any time through your privacy settings without losing access to the core Amaro Than platform.
• 29.8 AI Content Responsibility: You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Publishing AI-generated content that violates these Terms is subject to the same enforcement actions as any other policy violation.

T1. Stories — Terms of Use

• T1.1 Stories are public or follower-only posts that expire automatically after 24 hours. You may not use stories to post prohibited content as defined in Section 5.
• T1.2 Amaro Than permanently deletes story media, viewer logs, and reactions after 24 hours. No recovery is possible after expiry.
• T1.3 Amaro Than cannot prevent viewers from screenshotting or recording stories. You accept this risk when posting a story.
• T1.4 Stories reported for policy violations may be reviewed and removed before the 24-hour expiry.

T2. Live Streaming — Terms of Use

• T2.1 Live streams must comply with all community guidelines. Prohibited content (nudity, hate speech, illegal activity) may result in immediate stream termination and account sanctions.
• T2.2 By starting a live stream you consent to your video and audio being transmitted in real time to viewers on the platform.
• T2.3 Amaro Than cannot prevent viewers from recording your live stream. You are responsible for the content you broadcast.
• T2.4 Amaro Than reserves the right to terminate any live stream that violates these Terms without prior notice.

T3. Communities — Terms of Use

• T3.1 Community creators are responsible for the content posted in their community. Amaro Than may hold community creators accountable for sustained policy violations within their group.
• T3.2 Communities dedicated to hate speech, explicit content, illegal activity, impersonation, or any other prohibited purpose will be removed immediately and the creator's account may be sanctioned.
• T3.3 Community admins may remove members and delete messages at their discretion. Amaro Than is not liable for decisions made by community administrators.
• T3.4 Amaro Than reserves the right to dissolve any community, remove members, or transfer ownership if required for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
• T3.5 Community messages are stored with server-side encryption. They are not end-to-end encrypted and may be accessed by Amaro Than's authorized systems for moderation purposes.

T4. Events — Terms of Use

• T4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of event information you publish, including date, location, and description. Amaro Than is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate event details.
• T4.2 Events must not promote illegal activity, hate, or content that violates these Terms. Amaro Than may remove events that violate community guidelines.
• T4.3 Apple Wallet passes generated for your events embed your event data in a signed file delivered to attendees. By generating a pass you confirm the event data is accurate.
• T4.4 Amaro Than is not liable for Apple Wallet pass delivery failures or compatibility issues on the recipient's device.
• T4.5 RSVP and subscription data collected for your event is visible to you as the host and is governed by this Privacy Policy.

T5. Polls — Terms of Use

• T5.1 Poll options must comply with these Terms. You may not use polls to solicit illegal activity, spread misinformation, or harass users.
• T5.2 Votes are final once cast. Amaro Than does not provide a mechanism to change or retract a vote.
• T5.3 Poll results (aggregate counts) are public to all users who can see the post. Individual vote attribution is stored internally but is not displayed publicly.
• T5.4 Poll data is deleted when the parent post is deleted.

T6. Post Boost & Reposts — Terms of Use

• T6.1 Boost: You may only boost posts that comply with these Terms. Boosting prohibited content is a violation and may result in the boost being removed and your account being sanctioned without a refund of any coins or credits used.
• T6.2 Boost Reach: Amaro Than does not guarantee a specific reach or engagement level for boosted posts. Boost performance depends on audience size, content quality, and platform conditions.
• T6.3 Reposts: When you repost content, you represent that you have the right to share it. Reposting content that infringes copyright or violates these Terms may result in removal of the repost and enforcement action.
• T6.4 Attribution: Reposts always display the original creator's username. You may not alter attribution or misrepresent authorship of reposted content.

T7. Chat Streaks & Themes — Terms of Use

• T7.1 Chat streaks are a gamified engagement feature. Amaro Than does not guarantee streak accuracy and is not liable for streak loss due to technical issues, server maintenance, or outages.
• T7.2 Streak restoration using Amaro Bankes coins (300 coins) is final. Restored streaks are governed by Section 30 (Amaro Bankes). No refund is issued for a streak restore if the streak is later broken again.
• T7.3 Chat themes are cosmetic preferences stored on your account. Amaro Than may modify or remove available themes at any time.

T8. Push Notifications — Terms of Use

• T8.1 By enabling push notifications you consent to Amaro Than transmitting your device push token to Apple (APNs) for the purpose of delivering notifications.
• T8.2 Amaro Than may send push notifications for platform events including messages, likes, comments, follows, mentions, and system alerts.
• T8.3 You may opt out of push notifications at any time via your device settings or in-app notification preferences. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the platform.
• T8.4 Amaro Than is not liable for notification delivery failures caused by device settings, network conditions, or third-party delivery infrastructure.

T9. Login Activity & Sessions — Terms of Use

• T9.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Amaro Than immediately and revoke active sessions.
• T9.2 Amaro Than logs login activity including timestamps, IP addresses, and device type for security purposes. This data may be used in the investigation of unauthorised access or policy violations.
• T9.3 Amaro Than may automatically invalidate sessions it determines to be suspicious or compromised. You may be required to re-authenticate.
• T9.4 Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

T10. Two-Factor Authentication — Terms of Use

• T10.1 Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended. Amaro Than is not liable for unauthorised account access that occurs on accounts without 2FA enabled.
• T10.2 You are responsible for maintaining access to your 2FA authenticator app and backup codes. Amaro Than cannot bypass 2FA on your behalf.
• T10.3 If you lose both your authenticator access and all backup codes, account recovery may not be possible. Amaro Than is not liable for permanent loss of account access in this scenario.
• T10.4 You must not share your 2FA codes or backup codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Amaro Than staff. Amaro Than will never ask for your 2FA code.

T11. Profile Visitors & Watch Time — Terms of Use

• T11.1 By using Amaro Than you consent to your profile visits being logged and made visible to the profile owner. Visiting a profile is a voluntary action.
• T11.2 Video watch time is passively recorded while you watch video content on the platform. This data is used for feed personalisation and creator analytics. You cannot opt out of watch time tracking while using video features.
• T11.3 Watch time and visitor data are never sold to advertisers or shared with third parties.

T12. Music & GIFs — Terms of Use

• T12.1 Music: You may only attach music to posts from Amaro Than's provided music library. Uploading or attaching unlicensed third-party audio is prohibited and may result in content removal.
• T12.2 Music Responsibility: Amaro Than maintains its music library in compliance with applicable licensing. Amaro Than is not liable for changes to track availability due to licensing changes.
• T12.3 GIFs: GIF search and sharing is powered by a third-party provider. By using the GIF feature you consent to your search queries being transmitted to that provider. Amaro Than is not responsible for the content available through the GIF provider or for how the provider processes your search data.
• T12.4 You may not use GIFs to share content that violates these Terms, including explicit material or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

T13. AI Writing Tools — Terms of Use

• T13.1 Amaro Than's AI writing tools (caption generation, comment refinement, chat refinement) are powered by Ainara and process content privately on Amaro Than's servers.
• T13.2 You are responsible for all content you publish, regardless of whether it was generated or refined by Ainara. AI-assisted content is subject to the same community guidelines as any other content.
• T13.3 You may not use AI writing tools to generate prohibited content, including hate speech, spam, deceptive content, or material that violates these Terms.
• T13.4 Amaro Than makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions. Review all AI output before publishing.

T14. Reflections — Terms of Use

• T14.1 Reflections is a private journaling feature. Entries are visible only to you and are not shared with other users or moderation staff under normal circumstances.
• T14.2 Amaro Than may access Reflection data if required by law or as part of a lawful investigation into illegal activity. In such cases access is strictly limited to what is legally required.
• T14.3 Reflections are stored with server-side encryption. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
• T14.4 Reflection data is permanently deleted when you delete your entries or when your account is deleted.

T15. Blocking & Muting — Terms of Use

• T15.1 Blocking prevents both parties from seeing each other's content or interacting on the platform. Blocking is mutual and takes effect immediately.
• T15.2 You may not use blocking to circumvent enforcement actions taken by Amaro Than. If a blocked account later violates these Terms independently, Amaro Than will enforce its policies regardless of block status.
• T15.3 Muting hides another user's content from your feed without affecting their ability to see your content. The muted user is not notified.
• T15.4 Amaro Than is not liable for any harm that occurs as a result of a user failing to block or mute another user. We encourage use of these tools alongside the reporting system.

T16. Reporting — Terms of Use

• T16.1 You may report posts, comments, and messages that you believe violate these Terms using the in-app reporting tools.
• T16.2 Reports are reviewed by Amaro Than's moderation team. Amaro Than does not guarantee a specific response time but aims to act on valid reports promptly.
• T16.3 Submitting false or malicious reports to harass other users is a violation of these Terms and may result in enforcement action against the reporting account.
• T16.4 The identity of the user who filed a report is not disclosed to the reported user.
• T16.5 Amaro Than's decision on a report is final. If you disagree with a moderation decision regarding your own content, you may appeal as described in Section 7.

T17. Third-Party Sign-In — Terms of Use

• T17.1 By signing in with Google or Apple you authorise Amaro Than to receive your account identifier and email address from those providers to create or authenticate your account.
• T17.2 Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your use of Sign in with Apple is also governed by Apple's Terms and Privacy Policy. Amaro Than is not responsible for those providers' data practices.
• T17.3 You may disconnect a third-party sign-in from your account settings. If you disconnect your only sign-in method without setting a password, you may lose access to your account.
• T17.4 Amaro Than is not liable for any loss of account access resulting from changes to your Google or Apple account (e.g. account deletion, email change, or revoked app permissions).

T18. Verification — Terms of Use

• T18.1 Verification is available to notable accounts — public figures, organisations, journalists, and community representatives. Criteria and eligibility are determined solely by Amaro Than and may change at any time.
• T18.2 Submitting false information in a verification application is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• T18.3 Amaro Than is not obligated to approve any verification application or provide a reason for rejection.
• T18.4 A verified badge is a platform privilege, not a right. It may be revoked at any time as described in Section 9d without compensation or explanation.
• T18.5 A verified badge confirms the authenticity of an account, not the accuracy, quality, or trustworthiness of the content posted by that account. Amaro Than does not endorse verified accounts.

T19. Parental Controls — Terms of Use

• T19.1 Parental controls allow a parent or guardian to configure restrictions on a supervised account. The supervising account must belong to an adult (18+).
• T19.2 The parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of their relationship to the supervised user and for configuring appropriate restrictions.
• T19.3 Amaro Than does not guarantee that parental controls will prevent all access to unsuitable content. Parental controls are a tool, not a complete safeguard.
• T19.4 Amaro Than is not liable for content accessed by a supervised user that circumvents or falls outside the scope of the configured parental controls.
• T19.5 Parental control settings and linked account relationships are deleted when either account is deleted or the supervision relationship is removed.
